How could I get at least the optics of the old one reinstalled? These new themes are awfull and I feel like I'm using chrome. Is there a way to at least use the old theme instead?

Is the color the main issue?

If you prefer the colors of the "Default" Windows 10 theme from Firefox 57-88, someone created an add-on theme that emulates it. You can give it a try here:

If that color doesn't suit you, the Firefox Color extension lets you create your own theme:
