1. When I download a file or picture from any site, it happens that the file (in this case it was with a file that is named the same as the previous "1") is endlessly loaded in notifications, and you need to close the browser and open it again for it to download and that does not always work, but it happens that you just go into the browser and it will download some files that I downloaded the last time (in the end there will be 2-3 copies) 2. When you slowly turn the page down and stop, the page, as if with a small jerk, goes up a little, and then a turn.

Hi

Do you have an example of a file that you are trying to download where this happens? This will help me to replicate the issue here.
