Thank you, Fred. Here are the messages I receive.

In the search bar, I entered https://mychartmetrohealth.net I clicked on the link MyChart - LoginPage I got the login page (yellow and blue) but no request for my user name and password.

In the bar above, I first clicked on the shield&backslash, and got this message: Enhanced Tracking Protection is OFF for this site Site fixed? Send Report No trackers known to Firefox were detected on this page. Protection Settings: Standard Report a broken site: URL https//mychartmetrohealth.net/mychart/authentication/Login

When I clicked on the icon of blocked site, I got this message: Site information for myhchart.metrohealth.net connection secure connection verified by a certificate issuer that is not recognized by Mozilla

I made certain that my Firefox was updated to 80.1

I'm hoping that you see something in the messages that will help you discover my error or an error in the website.

Thank you for any help you can give me.
