PKCS#11 issue
Hi there,
I have recently updated my macOS to Catalina version 10.15.7. At the same time I suscribed to a vpn service. Now I have been getting these very annoying pop up windows every two minutes:
Password Required - Mozilla Firefox Please enter the password for the PKCS#11 token (username): [Blank field to enter a password]
Questions: 1) Do I need to enter any password or is there a specific password it is looking for? 2) I realize this is for some kind of certificates. I am not a sophisticated user (have private vpn and work vpn) and mostly watch videos, surf the net, do some online shopping, etc. Do I really need this? 3) If I unload it (via Settings/Privacy & Security, etc.) will it screw anything up?
This never happened before I updated to Catalina or signed up for a private VPN.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you don't know where such a message comes from, Close That Window.
Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link}
(There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.
Thanks, but as I said on my post, the window keeps popping up after closing. Also, I already have an ad blocker. Thanks.
Does this still happen if you disable your VPN ? Does the VPN come with a (root) certificate ?

Some work better than others. What blocker are you using?
The VPN is off I only connect it sometimes.
FYI, I also tried all the Troubleshoot and Diagnose Firefox probs found at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems and nothing changed.
I even tried unloading the security certificate but it will not let me do that. As far as I can tell this is Mozilla Firefox issue...
My ad blocker is AdBlock
Uploading some pictures in case they help.
Thanks for your help!
