I'm using Firefox 90.0.2 on Manjaro and I have an issue regarding Picture-in-Picture mode. Whenever I put a video into PIP, the second I click on another window, be it firefox itself or any other program, the PIP window will move behind that program's window.

I use PIP all the time on Windows but I've never experienced this issue. It only happens on Manjaro.

Extra clarification: On Windows, the PIP window will always stay at the forefront no matter what I'm doing. This doesn't work on Linux.

You should use OBS to create a video showing the issue.

Open the system menu of the PiP window via "Alt+Space" and make sure it is set to "Always on Top".
