Adding Window controls to the menu bar
Hi folks
I am trying maximize my tab bar as much as possible. For this I am using some tweaks from https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks which allow me to have multiple rows of tabs. I want to be rid of the windows controls (minimize, maximize, close buttons) which currently come in the tab bar. Please see the attached image for reference.
I would rather have the window controls come in the menu bar as I have plenty of space there. If that is not possible, I would like the option of hiding them as I'd rather use the windows shortcuts for these actions.

I'm not seeing the menu bar enabled in the screenshot. With the title bar and the menu bar hidden via the customize page, the controls will appear in the Tab bar.
You can possibly use code in userChrome.css to hide the controls when they are on the Tab bar.
Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.
@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */ #TabsToolbar #window-controls {visibility: hidden !important;}

In Firefox 69 and later you need to set this pref to true on the about:config page to enable userChrome.css and userContent.css in the chrome folder.
