Changed phones and it didn't sync my collections.

I recently upgraded my phone from a galaxy s8+ to a galaxy s21. I had chose to do trade in so i just factory reset my old phone and sent it in but what i forgot to do was sync my collections as I had a lot of those on my old phone. Sadly I only realized that after I sent it in and reset it. I'd like to get those back but I do not know how. Everything else seems to have synced fine but not collections. I checked what all accounts are supposed to be synced and that phones account is one of them, but I am not sure since I know longer have access to that phone if I am actually able to get those collections back. So I was wondering if that would be possible or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well that's sucks, I wish I would have know that before I sent in that phone so I could have manually moved stuff. Oh well, thank you for your help anyways.
