All open tabs suddenly lost!

more options

Anything close to this problem already posted here has zero responses or solutions. But I guess I'll try in hopes of something coming of it. :(

I opened my Firefox for iOS browser on my iPhone 12 Pro this morning, and when creating a new tab, I noticed all my open tabs were missing. When trying to find my Library to view Sync'd devices, the Library tab no longer exists. When opening the three bars Menu button, Bookmarks, History, Downloads and Reading List are listed. But not Synced tabs. All articles found on Mozilla.org are outdated and do not reflect the current browser/s (both iPhone and iPad).

When trying to access Synced tabs on my laptop, I'm able to do so as normal. However, it only displays the one single (most recent) tab on my iPhone. Which kinda negates the point of Sync, no?

So, my questions:

1. Is there at all a way to retrieve the lost tabs? 2. Why did this happen in the first place? 3. What is the point of Sync if it updates right after a catastrophic change and prevents fixing or retrieving anything? 4. Does the Synced Tabs section no longer exist on iOS versions of Firefox? (Online articles should reflect this change at the very least.)

Additional info:

I followed a QR code for Ford.com's virtual tour of the new EV F-150. When going to that site, the virtual tour worked perfectly. The site also wants to open in the Google app. I ignored that request a couple of times. Then, to test the AR version further, I installed the Google app, followed the QR code again, and allowed it to open in the Google app. However, I believe the site was temporarily not working as neither the AR version in the Google app, or the virtual tour on Ford.com within the Firefox for iOS browser would fully load anymore. I stopped trying and went back to my day.

When trying again this morning to see if the site had been fixed, both the virtual tour at the website within Firefox for iOS and the AR version within the Google app worked perfectly. However, this is when I noticed only one tab open within my Firefox browser.

The only tab left open was the last one I used last night while cooking dinner (looking for an oven temp for our food). This seems to either mean losing all the tabs occurred some time before I searched for the oven temp, or... they could've been lost at any point after yesterday afternoon and it only retained the last, more recent tab used since.

Happy to provide any more info if needed. But I've exhausted all attempts at finding an answer. Hopefully someone can help track down this cause.
