I have managed to alter the about:config set up on the Mac version of Firefox so that a master password is required be fore any individual stored password is revealed. However how can this be achieved on my iPhone version of Firefox. There seems no way to access an about:config menu.

Hi jezeales,

You can follow these steps to require authentication before using any passwords from Firefox for iOS:

  • Click the hamburger menu and choose Settings
  • Go to the Privacy section and choose Logins and Passwors
  • Turn on either Passcode or Face ID to enable authentication similar to Primary Password in the desktop version

Hope that helps and please let me know if the above trick works for you.
