Lost Everything, bookmarks, collections, etc.
It's very difficult to say I'm not an idiot, right now... I was having problems deleting my Google search history. It wouldn't give me an option for all or today or anything.
I went to delete my Firefox search history and had no intention of deleting my bookmarks, nor my collections.
I had saved many things related to my stroke recovery that apparently are now a devastating loss.
I don't see any option for import or Recovery. I intentionally never synced to my PC.
I don't think there is any hope to recovery the losses.
Any suggestions are appreciated, but going forward from this point.... PLEASE tell me how to properly backup ALL my Firefox information... Mainly my bookmarks and collections and how to avoid whatever I accidentally chose that caused my loss of bookmarks and collections.
I can't tell you the shock and now profound sadness that this has caused. My stroke recovery IS my life and the information and sources were vitally important to me on a daily basis.
Thank you for any help, whatsoever. I'm just in disbelief, and it's nobody's fault but my own. I may have just been too fatigued during the process.

I cannot say how they were erased, but if you sign into Firefox Sync in another copy of Firefox, your bookmarks and passwords will be synced.

Hi
I am very sorry to hear your news, but unfortunately unless you had syncced your bookmarks and other data to another copy of Firefox, it will not be possible to recover them.
So, now, do I simply go forward and sync to my Firefox on my PC?
And, is there another "insurance", secondary option, or, copy bookmarks to a file and saving in a folder?
Or, not necessary, if you just sync to the other copy of Firefox?
Finally, what do you think I actually did to delete EVERYTHING in Firefox on my phone?
Than you so much, Senior. You've saved me a of wasted time.
My apologies, Seburo
