Thunderbird emails take a long time to load and look corrupt. Beta. bug 1742975
Hi i'm using TB 96.0b3 often when emails are downloaded email opens and all subsequent emails are also embedded taking a long time to load (as there is much text) here is an example (with just some of the text):

Does this appear in the message body or in the Header Pane? If the latter, do you have View/Headers set to Normal?
Headers are set to normal. also it happens sporadically - not every email - maybe 10% If i access email via roundcube, or on my iphone, the same email loads normally without the artifacts of all subsequent emails. That's why i think it's a bug with TB.
If the same mail looked correct in the 91 release version, it might point to a bug in 96beta. Try repairing the folder from the Properties context menu.

You might want to look at this bug report. If claims fixed in V94 but the discussion continues suggesting the fix may not work. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1742975 Note comment 45 particularly. ____________________________________________________ Edit: The bug is not fixed, I conflated two of them with that nonsense. so on my home laptop i'm running 91.4.1 and i'm not having the problem. how hard is it to revert to that version and get out of the beta world of TB 96?
Before you remove 96, export the address books to LDIF format in case the downgrade is incomplete. Then, install 91, but don't run it at the end of the install. Start Profile Manager by opening a Run window (Winkey+R) and typing:
thunderbird.exe -p --allow-downgrade
Select the profile that was used by 96.
In the future, I'd recommend running the beta and release versions on separate profiles, if you wish to have both versions installed on the same computer.
