When I log into an account on browser it opens a black screen with no further action and I am not able to access website information. Just a black page with no functions.

Hi Alex, do you mean when you start Firefox, you get a black screen instead of your usual home page? Or when you go to a specific website and log in, you get a black screen, but other sites work normally?

Thank you, when I log in to specific website that requires log in credentials. Other sites work normally. I have tried a system browser refresh tool within the browser and even a reinstall to no avail. I am using windows 11.
