Anytime I open Firefox, there are 3 files displayed in my download history. They are called "Timeline 1.mov", "Timeline 1(1).mov" and "Timeline 1(2).mov", come from "protonmail.com" and never get downloaded fully, but are displayed as failed downloads only.

I don´t use protonmail per se, but I do have two mail servers set as my home pages. I was wondering if it is possible that they have something to to with that or if I should be worried that there´s more to it.

Any help appreciated, thanks!

I have already checked if the downloads still occur when I disable the mail servers as home pages and yes, they do, so that doesn´t seem to have anything to to with them.

Delete those files. Then restart the browser. Do they come back?

Note: "Timeline 1(1).mov" and "Timeline 1(2).mov" I think this is because the original did not download properly, and tried again.
