Latest versions of Windows 10 and Thunderbird

Every time I open Thunderbird an oversized image also opens to Google support. I cannot minimize or close it, because it is too big. Neither "left click" nor "right click" in the uppermost field has an effect.

My machine is set up for two displays. Please see attached image from Display 1. Thunderbird is open on Display 2. This started last night. I've closed all programs and restarted the computer, twice. No joy.

How can I fix this?

Thank you, rsw1941
