1. Why does Firefox create bookmark folders with just a date for a name?

2. Why does Firefox automatically save random bookmarks in these folders?

3 How do I get it to stop doing both?

Thank you.

Are you possibly using "Bookmark All Tabs" (Ctrl+Shift+D) ?

No, I never use that option. I'm not sure I even knew about that option. I either use Ctrl+D or the Star in the address bar. I don't save a lot of bookmarks, but Firefox apparently does this every day. There are dozens of these date-only folder names.

Hi Terry. Yes, that's possible, I suppose, but I'm running two dozen, so it will take some time to determine if that's true and which one. Thank you for your help.
