I'd like to watch the episodes I missed of Suspect on Channel 4.

When attempting to do so, I get a 'Digital Rights Management (DRM) Not Enabled' message, even though it is enabled in Preferences!

Google Widevine plugin is also activated

Any ideas please?

TIA

Tony

It is possible that your Firefox 61 version is too old and that you may not have a supported Widevine version.

Verify that you meet the System Requirements (GTK+ and GLib) for the current Firefox release.

Make sure you have the latest Widevine version (4.10.2391.0).

  • Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins

You can toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.

You can possibly check the XHR requests in the Browser Console if this doesn't work.
