Can't add custom domain email account in new thunderbird version
Hello, Our company uses a custom domain email account for contact with our clients. Our email is setup on IQ server. Currently our computers run thunderbird in version 91.11.0 64-bit on windows 10 pro. Yesterday we updated one of our computers and needed to reinstall thunderbird so I downloaded the newest version from official website (thunderbird 102.0.3) and we couldn't add our accounts. When trying to add a new account the program was stuck at "Checking password" for a very long time and then an error saying "couldn't connect to a server" or "server not found" (don't remember it excatly but something like that) popped up. This happened for all of our accounts. After trying multiple times with no luck I found out our other computers run thunderbird in lower version - 91.11.0 - I decided to uninstall the current version and try the older one. That fixed the problem and all of our accounts could be added and work just fine.
What could be the problem? Why the new version stopped working? Is there any fix for this? Thank you for help in advance, Regards,

It would help if you share a screenshot of the attempted setup.

The same setup/configuration as seen below works on our other computers in thunderbird version 91.11.0. On thunderbird 102.0.3 however the account can't be added. All of our computers run windows 10.
If you omit the password, ver 102 will set up the account. Thunderbird will prompt for password when you attempt to connect.
