Hello,

First to clarify, this is a Firefox issue, because every other browser does not have the same issue.

I've tried audios from different websites such as spotify, twitch, instagram, youtube, facebook, netflix, amazon prime.... And the audio are failling, There is audio in the video but it is like when your internet is pretty bad and the audio is not working properly.

I've tried removing all addons, clearing the entire cache and cookier - re-installing firefox. none of the above worked.

Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

What security software are you running? How is the audio from a local file? see screenshot

I had occasional audio issues in Windows 10 with VIA.

The way I resolved it was to open Windows Task Manager click on the Services tab right-click on Audiosrv and select Restart

Hope it helps
