On the Mac, I have a basic account set up and it's set to compose in HTML. Yet, when I mark some text and try to change the font color, nothing happens...it stays the same color.

What to try?

Thanks

That has been reported before. You may want to file a bug at bugzilla dot mozilla dot org.

Thanks sfhowes!

It has been a while since I last used Thunderbird so I had forgotten that requirement. The change color dialog is, IMHO, a confusing implementation I wish they would fix (that is, update the color when you select it, not when you select the color AND exit the dialog).

Appreciate your reply!
