On Firefox 107.0, with browser.fullscreen.autohide set to false, the bookmarks toolbar is still hidden in fullscreen. If I right-click the tab area and hover over the Bookmarks toolbar entry, the Always Show option is already selected.

This is not a regression as this has always been the case in Full Screen mode, only the Navigation Toolbar and the Tab Bar are visible and the Menu Bar and Bookmarks Toolbar are hidden. For the bookmarks in full screen mode you can open the bookmarks sidebar.
