Our company recently migrated our FatCow emails to Google Workspace.

I was previously using Thunderbird for my emails and would like to sync my Google Workspace with Thunderbird.

No matter what instructions I have followed my Thunderbird is just 'hanging' and then I get the message that the server has timed out. Right now I just have a roving two buttons over my inbox (as attached).

I've enabled both IMAP and POP in my Gmail (Google Workspace) and changed my server settings in Thunderbird to:

IMAP - imap.gmail.com Port 993 Outgoing: smpt.gmail.com Port 587

Please email me at dawn@afroflowyoga.com with your response APAP.

Thank you,

Dawn Langfield dawn@afroflowyoga.com

What's the authentication method in Account Settings for the IMAP and smtp? Also, you've written above smpt.gmail.com - the correct server is smtp.gmail.com. State the antivirus and VPN, if you use one.
