I had an issue with Macbook Pro. Apple support had to wipe and reinstall hard drive. Firefox is my default browser and I was signed in. When we reinstalled Firefox on my new hard drive, I signed in and there's nothing there -- no booksmarks, history toolbar, etc.

Can i still get back that information?

If there is no synced device to backup or get the data from everything is gone since doing complete reinstall macOS or Windows O/S everything is gone. Unless they somehow backup your drive but sounds like they didn't do that even. So without a synced device to fall back to the fault lies with Apple support to take the compliant to.
