Hello,

Firefox is my default browser. I downloaded a Medicare form and the document was not legible (letters, numbers, odd symbols, etc.). The Medicare chat rep suggested I try another browser. I opened Safari and downloaded the same form and it was legible. What should I do to enable Firefox to produce legible downloads of Medicare forms?

Thanks

Try the same form that failed with Firefox in Safe Mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf Can we download the same form? If not, what happens when you download this form? Post a screenshot if you have the same issue. https://www.medicare.gov/publications/10050-Medicare-and-You.pdf

Maybe they are using embedded font or specify a local font that isn't working in your case.

You can check in Font Book for font issues like corrupted and duplicate fonts.
