I'm not very computer savvy. I have a slow-down (long time spinning task wheel) and often get a time-out error when I try to get onto some websites. Sometimes when I do get onto a site some of the features don't want to work or are grayed-out and do not react. I did the troubleshooting re-set and can't get my bookmarks & history drop-down lists to go back to the top of the address bar. I now go to the Firefox menu to bookmarks and they are all out of order. I like using Firefox but lately it's just easier to use Google Chrome. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Dan S.
