Windows 10 operating system, I have Norton 360. Web page loading has been slow. Now, it won't load any pages. Cleared cache, changed the HTTP3 setting to false, I disabled hardware acceleration option.

I ran a Norton scan, no problems, I did disc defrag, nothing helps, I can't use my computer to access the internet. Not a router problem, my streaming all works as it should and I can use wifi to get e-mail using my phone and tablet etc....

Appreciate any suggestions.

Brian

Try creating a new profile. In the article linked below there is a section telling you how to open the profile manager when Firefox is closed.
