I have a problem with firefox. when firefox opens, firefox opens two windows instead of just one. so you always have to close one (useless window) so it can either be a blank page or with firefox's own page (you can choose that yourself, but don't want two windows opening when you start firefox) how can you delete/stop /disable the extra window opens.

You may have a pipe (|) appended to the homepage setting.

You can check that you do not have multiple homepages set.

You can check the homepage setting in "Settings -> Home".

Firefox supports multiple homepages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
