Since the latest Firefox update, I get the following error message when signing in to my ChatGPT account at OpenAI:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

This seems to be a browser issue and I have no idea how to solve it, what actions to take, and who can help.

What should I do? I really need to access my content on the app.

You need to provide the error logs or screenshot of the errors and what link your using for others to see what is happening. But also login sites are hard to figure since that requires a login account to replicate your exact issue and why it's happening. And did you also contact ChatGPT support about this application issue?

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
