Trying to access my email account at Comcast, but recently (last few months) when signing in I get a blank page with the following message:

Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page.

Followed by a link that says" Allow"

How can I correct this without having to "allow" each time?

thank you.

If you are visiting the login page from a bookmark it might be out of date. See if it still happens if you visit the Comcast homepage directly.

The warning that Firefox shows when websites redirect or reload the page is blocked can no longer be controlled via Settings.

You can set this pref on the about:config page to false to disable this feature.

  • accessibility.blockautorefresh = false

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. On the warning page, click "Accept the Risk and Continue" to open about:config.

I don't see anything about Allow when logging into Comcast Email. Can you post a screenshot showing the issue?

This url should get you to the login prompt and then to your inbox. https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX
