When I use the Mousewheel (middle Mouse Key) to scroll, the Side is Automatic scolling continue, although I no longer turn the mouse wheel. How do I disable this?

I have found the Problem. Is not Firefox, is the Mouse Settings of my Mouse. I corrected that.
