There is a bug for IOS devices. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1872730 On your desktop, I would download a different version of Firefox (Dev, Beta, or Nightly) or Waterfox, log into your Mozilla account and see if it syncs your data. Make sure to install in a different path than your current install.
