When I answer an email TB adds Re: (or Fwd: ) in the subject line which I have laways found annoying. My previous email client allwed me not to have this happen. Is it possible to stop this?

It is possible I have asked this previously, but if so, I cannot find this and have received no replies. My apologies if I have!

I think you're not getting replies because what you want is not a standard feature. However, I noticed an addon that might address your issue: smarttemplates. I have never used it, but wanted to let you be aware of it.

Part of the reason I ask questions like this is that I do not know whether they are standard features or not, so an answer saying it is not a standard feature is somewhat helpful.
