Note that you can add the &tbs=qdr:y3 parameter to get results from the past three years.

  • tbs=qdr:h|d|w|m|y tbs=qdr:d3 tbs=qdr:m2 tbs=qdr:y3

You can possibly use a keyword bookmark that adds this parameter.
