Click on the list heading date. to reverse the search, or any list heading to sort by that item.

If it is a new install, you might need to change to the list view of your mail from the "card view" to enjoy one click sorting.

Otherwise sorting is on the menu you use to switch. A film strip looking icon beside the quickfilter
