Hi, do you mean the feature where there is a text fragment on the link, like

example.com#:~:text=Four score and seven years ago

and the browser is supposed to jump to that part of the page?

There is a suggestion on the Connect site, which is where Mozilla gathers product feedback:

You can give it the thumbs up to vote for it, and add any comments about how you'd like to see it done.

For now, there is at least one add-on which tries to implement the feature, but it seems to have mixed results:
