I cannot receive or send any emails. Server is not authenticating. This is a sudden fault. Thunderbird is updated to 128.0.1esr (64-bit). Opening Thunderbird shows message "Authentication failure while connecting to Thunderbird imap.gmail.com”.

What is the fix for this?

Hi KSI,

Make sure you allow cookies for accounts.google.com and Oauth2 is enabled on both IMAP and SMTP servers. It's detailed in the below article.
