Hello, after exporting the mail, the ZIP file weighs over 40 GB. How to restore all emails from this file to new mail? When extracting a 7zip file, various errors pop up with this archive

I suggest unzipping to individual folders within Windows, and then use the importexporttools addon to import them into select folders. Either that, or exit thunderbird and copy the folders to the Mail\Local Folders folder in windows file explorer.

Hej, niestety podczas rozpakowywania z pliku 40 GB wywala błędy i rozpakowany folder ma 1 GB. Czy dodatek importexporttool ng obsługuje pliki ZIP powyżej 2 GB?

My suggestion is that a zip file that big should be unzipped using Windows tools (or the free 7zip). If you created the zip with Thunderbird, there may be problems with the file, as Thunderbird advises not to exceed 2gig, My reference to the importexport addon was to import unzipped mbox files after a successful unzip. If you haven't done this already, I encourage trying the free 7zp utility at https://www.7-zip.org/ to see if it will successfully unzip the file. If it does, you can then post a screenshot of the contents and we can assist in getting the data back into a thunderbird profile.
