Pointing Thunderbird to different profile location

I had to reinstall Windows 11 on my computer and I had Thunderbird previously installed on a removable drive "E". So my old Thunderbird profile and mailboxes are still on that removable drive. I installed thunderbird to drive "E" but the profile was put on my C:users...... directory.

How do I tell Thunderbird to look at the profile (and all my mailboxes that were set up under that old profile) that's located on the removable E drive?

The profile manager is one option, and help>troubleshooting is another option. This page has the info:
