What is happening with Firefox? I have not been able to access my Virgin Media email for two weeks now. Cannot accept cookies for online banking - it flashes up and disappears before I can click accept. Now cannot log in to my library account. No problem with any of these issues on Bing

On Oct 15, the Firefox team released a new version called 131.0.3. They found out about the online banking not accepting cookies and fixed it quickly. The Virgin Media email might also be related to the cookies issues at the bank site.

Try downloading the new version and testing both sites to let us know if they are working again: https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-latest-ssl&os=win64&lang=en-US
