Went to open Firefox and after clicking on Firefox icon an error message came up indicating Platform Version 131.0.3 is not compatible with Mini & Max Version >= 131.0.2. as a result I can not open Firefox. Help!!

If the app doesn't recognize your browser then you will have to check with their support help why it's not working.

Read the OP again as this is about the Firefox web browser and nothing to with some random app as you thought.

An error message like XPCOM missing or about platform version or entry points not found can happen because of a failed Firefox update that left you with a mixture of old and updated files in the Firefox installation folder. This can happen in case security software was keeping a handle of some of the files in the Firefox program folder preventing Firefox from replacing all the files. You need to reinstall Firefox and possibly remove the Firefox program folder to ensure that all files are replaced.
