Copying Thunderbird address book from one computer to another

I am setting up a new computer, and have installed thunderbird. When I try to use the Troubleshooting Information "Profile Folder" option, it tells me the location is not available.

How do I get to that location so I can paste abook.sqlite and history.sqlite in and be on my way?

I forgot to mention that I tried copying those two files into a Dropbox folder, then setting up a shortcut to the designated folder within Profiles, going to that folder, and pasting those two, but it tells me, as to each:

"An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem. Error 0x80070780: The file cannot be accessed by the system."

But I don't know how to use the error code to search for help.
