Can't send or receive emails in Thunderbird after changing my Yahoo Mail password

My version of Thunderbird is 128.5.0esr (32-bit).

I use Yahoo Mail. Yahoo prompted me last week to change my Yahoo password. After doing this I noticed I could not longer receive or send emails in Thunderbird. When I try to send a message in Thunderbird I get the following message: Login to server pop.att.yahoo.com with username spdailey@sbcglobal.net failed. I've tried going to Settings/Passwords/Saved Passwords and removing all Logins re-booting and entering my new password (the one I used with Yahoo Mail) without any luck.

Can you please help me get this corrected. Thanks much!!
