When using Firefox, some web sites ask for consent. I tried opening the same sites using the Edge browser, and none of them ask for consent. Is there a setting somewhere in Firefox that controls this? Thx.

Without a screenshot of the issue or what site in question no one can know what is going on with the site.

One thing that comes to mind: Firefox can be set to send a GPC signal, which may trigger some sites to show extra notifications. See: Global Privacy Control.
