Printing selected frame option greyed out on Mac.

For a short time after the last upgrade, my preset for printing selected frame didn't work and I had to manually select. Now the option is greyed out and my presets don't work either.

I am using the "Readable" bookmarklet and find I cannot print the entire frame. I would like to select This Frame-->Print Frame-->The Selected Frame.

(Firefox 3.6.6, OS X, 10.6.4)
