Firefox crashes when I go back from PDFs open in the browser window using the Adobe Reader plugin. Both Adobe Reader and the plugin are up-to-date (v 9.3.2).

Hello.

Your crashes are causes by an old version of Adobe Reader. Please update it or uninstall to see if it fixes the crashes.

Hi Moses,

Thanks for the suggestion. I was already using the latest version of Adobe Reader (9.3.2). However, I have just tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader, and it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem - eg. Crash ID bp-e6bc9115-a03a-4f12-ab9e-a4cb72100520
