Chosen solution

Hello Donna, sorry you are having troubles. I wanted to check that you have Firefox set as your default browser on Windows? We have an article here which walks through how to do this: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+make+Firefox+the+default+browser

If you do have Firefox set as the default, it might be a registry issue which would need to be configured.

Hope this helps.

Kind wishes Jane

Jane - Thank you. Problem solved. As you thought, Firefox was not set as default.
