I was taking a website tour of the site www.getresponse.com, when a link came up saying it was a filter blocking the video presentation on this website. I punched "add filter" and the video presentation blanked out to nothing. How do I turn "add filter" off and resume videos.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I was watching a video presentation about a website service.

User Agent

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0)

Is this AdBlock Plus? If you have the menu item, try Tools -> AdBlock Plus Preferences.

If you added a filter, it should be at the top under My Exception Rules. Right click it and choose Delete.

Failing that, "add filter" isn't ringing a bell for anything else. Please list your add-ons in Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions. Also try disabling all of them with Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to confirm this functionality is from an add-on.
