Hello rshimizu12.

You may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in safe mode and select Disable all add-ons. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem. See this article for information about troubleshooting extensions and theme. You can troubleshoot plugins the same way.

If you want support for one of your add-ons, you'll need to contact its author.

hey there,

I got the same problem, up until this morning everything worked fine with every website. As soon as the update kicked in, facebook and myspace don't really load correctly. Addons just don't have anything to do with this behavior. It's a bad update and Mozilla should fix it a.s.a.p. Same deal was a few months ago with 3.6 version!

Anonymous, you can only say that add-ons have nothing to do with this once you replicate those issues without any add-ons. You can try running Firefox in safe mode to easily and temporarily disable all add-ons (don't forget to tick the box for "disable add-ons"). If you still have the same problems in safe mode, please say so and I'll help you the best way I can and know.

Safe mode was the first thing I tried and the problem is still there. There's not much you can do unless the next patch fixes this one... ;-)

Well, you can always revert back to an older version if you want, and wait for the next update. I'll try to look into this issue and try to replicate it on my end. Will get back to you as soon as I do.
