I agree, and I'm using it on Mac (Snow Leopard). The new version is a nightmare. At best, pages take 3-5 min to load. At worst, they never load, and the lower LH corner says "Done" or "Stopped." Until I opened up Safari to compare, I was sure that something was wrong with my computer or my internet connection.

It strikes me as idiotic for them to make the previous version completely inaccessible the second they released 3.6.4. Why not leave it in case people have problems and want to switch back?

I'm posting this comment via Safari, since Firefox is nearly useless to me at this point.

I have reinstalled Firefox 3.63. Everything now seems back to normal. I will not reinstall Firefox 3.64 until I hear its issues are fixed.

I have tried Firefox 3.36 but at first it appears better but eventually slows to a halt. No problem with Internet Explorer or Firefox 3.63. So I will probably keep FF3.63 or revert to Explorer I do not believe it has any thing to do with Add Ons but I am that expert the be certain. I feel mined to scrap Firefox altogether. It has work well for me until FF 3.64. Now its just..... well you know...... that stuff we all excrete.

I have the same speed issue. For me, on XP SP3, it's currently just about ok, but slower than it used to be. On my other PC (Win7 64) it's just unusable.

(As an aside, the Win7 PC is about twice as fast and has three times the memory and no add-ons.
