Hello Anonymous.

Try downloading Firefox's installer to your documents first, and then running it from there. Hopefully that will get around Internet Explorer's buggy download "manager".

R-click the Firefox installer, and select Run as Administrator. If that doesn't work, delete the installer, and R-click whatever browser you're using to download the Firefox installer.. select Run as Administrator, and then download/run the Firefox installer.

I had the same issue with my new Windows 7 setup. Wouldn't let me install Firefox even though I am set as the Administrator. I had to actually R-click and Run as Administrator.

Hope that helps.
