1. Start Firefox 2. Go to some website 3. Copy some text from the website 4. paste the text into the addressbar to be sure it copyed it 5. close firefox 6. restart firefox 7. try to paste the copied text into the adressbar -> nothing happens the clipboard is empty

No, that is still expected behavior on the Firefox 3.6 branch. Firefox 4.0 won't do that anymore.

its now a windows firefox bug also its te single most annoying 'feature' firefox has ever had.
